Priory Playhouse is a close-knit team of responsible, trustworthy and compassionate girls. Its approach is attentive, communicative, and supportive for parents, children and staff. The interaction with children is imaginative, and educational through play. Our relationships expands beyond the children. We aim for parents/careers and their families to feel just as part of the Team and we do.
Our Childminder, and Founder, Kirsty has always had a passion and desire for working with children, young people and families. A former Business Studies Teacher, Kirsty has several years experience within education.
After giving birth to her beautiful daughter, Lyla, Kirsty soon realised the limited options of childcare within her local area. She saw the stress of finding childcare and how that took over the joy of having children. And that is how her journey to become a childminder started.
Kirsty has a Level 3 Qualification in Childminding, Paediatric First Aid Training, Level 3 Safeguarding Qualifications and more.
